I'm a husband, dad, salesman, and writer.

Like most people, I've spent years trying to balance work, family, health, and everything else life throws at us.

The problem was never knowing that I should eat better.

The problem was figuring out what to eat next.

After hundreds of real conversations with AI while working toward my own weight-loss goals, I realized something was missing.

Most apps count calories.

Few actually help you make food decisions in real life.
